Join Pastor Marv in his class, Welcome To the Family on Sunday
mornings.
This class will focus on the biblical teachings of our church and what
it means to be an "official" member. Though this class is a
requirement for "official" church membership, there is no obligation
for attending. We encourage those who have attended KUC for a while
but have not yet become members. Current members will also benefit
greatly by attending. We would love to have you come!

focus on the biblical teachings of our church, baptism & what it means
to become a church member

•BAPTISM • March 28
On this Sunday we have only one worship service at 10:45am (7:15am
service not meeting; Japanese Fellowship joins the English-speaking
congregation). Following the service we encourage the church family to
join us at Sand Island for the baptism! You may pick up a lunch in the
Gym before going to Sand Island.
For those who want to pick up a boxed lunch right after the 10:45am
service you must sign up. Sign-up forms included in the Sunday
bulletins March 14 & 21. Last day to sign up for boxed lunch is March
21.

•FURLOUGH FRIDAYS at KUC begins Oct. 30, 2009
For students in grades K-6 (ONLY ages 6-12 years old)
Regular Day Program: 8am - 2pm • $12 per child per day
All Day Program: 8am - 5pm • $15 per child per day
Reaching out to families of the EFCA churches & those in the Kalihi
community affected by the public school's Furlough Fridays, we
offer a fun, instructive and God-led program for these
children.

This group of senior women shares a desire to grow stronger in their
knowledge of God and develop a more intimate relationship with Him.
They study the scriptures to refresh spirits and find strength and
inspiration to meet the challenges facing the "mature" Christian. Come
and connect with other senior women in genuine fellowship and Bible
Study.
•Level Up (Young Adults, College Students)
All Young adults and college students welcome to join us for an
encouraging fellowship on Sunday mornings. We also offer Bible study
geared for the young adult on Tuesdays from 6pm.
