PRAYER MINISTRIES AT KUC

It is our goal to become a "Prayer Saturated" Church, desiring prayer to permeate through all our ministries and in the lives of our congregation. While we have had many faithful prayer warriors through the history of our church along with pockets of prayer meetings, we are beginning a more intentional process of inviting the entire congregation into an obedient prayerful life with the Lord.

THE PRAYER ROOM (formerly known as the "Bridal Room") The vision of our Prayer Action Team is to see the Holy Spirit flowing through the life and ministry of our church, resulting in many people coming to know our wonderful Lord and Savior. To see this become a reality, we are working toward establishing a Prayer Room on the church campus. The Prayer Action Team is in the process of transforming the Bridal Room into a dedicated Prayer Room, where it will provide a central place where prayer might be offered up for individuals, the church, the nation and the world. HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE:  Sign-up sheets for September are on the bulletin board across from the Prayer Room (in the Admin. building). You may sign up for 1-hour time slots to use the room each week. Initially, the Prayer Room will be open during business hours and until 10pm. In the future we hope to have the Prayer Room available 24/7. Our desire is that the KUC Prayer Room will be used by people of all ages - children, teens, young adults and seniors. WEEKLY PRAYER MINISTRY	MONTHLY ALL CHURCH PRAYER
REVIVAL PRAYER FELLOWSHIP Mondays (except holidays) 7- 8:30pm • MPC If you're in need of prayer or want to pray for others - all are welcome! At various times we will also cover special topics concerning prayer.	Last Wednesday of each month 6:45- 8:30pm • MPC Our church family is invited to pray together for the concerns of our church family and the community. Come see how God is moving around us! KALIHI COMMUNITY PRAYER WALK 5:30-6:30pm We invite all who have a heart for the Kalihi community, desire to bless others and worship the Lord together! We meet the last Wed. of the month in front of the Gym at 5:30pm. We then proceed into the Kalihi community to pray for businesses and people living in the neighborhood. We end at the MPC before the All Church Prayer.
SATURDAY MORNING PRAYER	KUC E-MAIL PRAYER CHAIN
6:00am • MPC Anyone is invited to join this weekly prayer team as we lift up prayer concerns for the church family.	An updated prayer list is sent via e-mail each week to those who wish to pray for the church family (and extended family). To receive and/or include a prayer request on this prayer list, contact Michi in the church office.
PRAYER FOR SUNDAY WORSHIP	PARTNERS IN PRAYER
Meet in the Prayer Room (formerly called Bridal Room) 6:30am, 9:30am We pray over the Sunday Worship services	This group of faithful pray-ers cover our pastors in prayer each week. Updated prayer lists are distributed and those in this group pray on their own. Those that are available also meet each Sunday morning (9am or 10:30am) in the Bridal Room to pray for the pastors and the worship services. contact: Amy S.
PRAYER AVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS	MEN'S TUESDAY MORNING PRAYER
We have prayer teams available at the end of each Sunday worship service. Prayer teams are made up of Pastors, Elders and Lay Prayer Ministers who have completed Prayer Team Team Training. If you would like prayer on Sunday morning, you'll be given the opportunity to meet with a prayer team in front of the Sanctuary or in a designated location.	6:30am • Welcome Center All men invited to join us for a time of prayer and fellowship as we seek the Lord together Tuesday mornings.

As with all prayer requests, we remind those who participate in any of our prayer ministries to keep the prayer requests that are shared in the prayer groups confidential, especially requests that are marked "Confidential to prayer teams."
